Also known as Lacebark or Houhere, this is a graceful, fast-growing, evergreen tree native to New Zealand. It has attractive, serrated, dark green leaves, clusters of fragrant white flowers in late summer and autumn, and lace-like inner bark used traditionally for weaving and cordage. The tree can reach heights of 4-6 meters (occasionally up to 12 meters) and is ideal for boundary planting, screening, or as a feature plant.
Stock available in 15 litre containers, currently 2.2 metres tall.
